Lead and direct the team on-site
Communicate directly with clients in a calm, professional way
Help prepare schedule and keep the day moving
Take ownership of the job and keep standards high
Qualification
Required
Dependable and motivated (we can train skills—we can't train reliability)
Strongly organized with attention to detail
Comfortable using smartphones/iPads for photos and uploads
Able to recognize items of value for resale/auction (or willing to learn)
Able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and do repetitive bending/lifting
Comfortable working in a variety of home environments
Team-oriented and professional in a client's home
Able to travel to job sites (reliable transportation required)
Preferred
