Responsibilities
Create and drive strategic projects for vendors based on divisional and business unit priorities
Operate independently while managing multiple initiatives and priorities
Identify, analyze, and learn pertinent information across a wide range of financial products
Communicate clearly through written, verbal, and presentation formats
Cultivate effective partnerships with stakeholders across teams
Assert new ideas and follow them through to execution
Take ownership and accountability of assigned projects
Prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Support back-office teams in trade processing and operational banking activities
Leverage Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or graduate degree in finance, business, or related field
3–5 years of experience in banking operations or related financial services
Technologically adept and comfortable using client systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering superior results
Self-motivated team player who takes ownership of projects
Preferred
Strong understanding of financial instruments and fund products (mutual funds or alternative investment funds preferred but not required)
