Responsibilities
Perform DOT-compliant maintenance on all vehicles and equipment within the fleet
Execute preventative maintenance procedures to uphold vehicle performance standards
Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on major systems including engines, transmissions, DEF systems, and AC systems
Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms for efficient troubleshooting and repair
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualification
Required
Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver's license; CDL license is advantageous
Proficient communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Reliable attendance for assigned shifts
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Capability to understand and follow instructions accurately
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
