Responsibilities

Lead and coach a high-performing team of Individual Contributors, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence to meet global business goals
Lead the development and execution of the global GTM strategy for Gaming App Ads, focusing on commercialization and vertical activation
Drive the strategy for roadmap expansion into mini-games and cross-platform gaming formats, Creator Partnerships on YouTube and ensuring our ad products are fit-for-purpose in a multi-device world
Oversee the engaged intelligence and response strategy to maintain and grow market share against key industry players
Facilitate VP-level conversations and represent Gaming Ads business in large forums and industry events. Align Sales, Sellside, Marketing, and Product leads to set business goals and ensure seamless product delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management
2 years of experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams
Experience leading operational initiatives

Preferred

Experience in mobile gaming advertising and user acquisition
Experience driving strategies and winning market share in highly contested verticals
Experience with the technical nuances of mini-game ecosystems (e.g., HTML5, social platforms)
Experience working in China or Southeast Asia
Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and influence counterparts in Sales, Product, and Engineering
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the focus on long-term goals
