Responsibilities
Manage family-based cases, deportation defense, humanitarian relief, including asylum, VAWA, U visas, T visas, I-130s, AOS, consular processing, and waivers, as well as possibility of some business immigration
Attend USCIS interviews, immigration court hearings, and bond proceedings
Manage consultations and client communications and supervise team members
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in immigration law
Fluency/professional proficiency in Spanish
J.D. degree
Licensed to practice in any U.S. state (preferably Texas)
Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA)
Ability to attend court in San Antonio and potentially Laredo
Preferred
Experience with INS Zoom
Experience with Excel and/or Google Docs
