Application Development Engineer II
Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a highly motivated Application Development Engineer II to join their dynamic and growing team. The role involves designing, building, and implementing multiple APIs to ensure compliance with federal goals for interoperability and improved patient outcomes in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities
Picks up user stories and completes committed story points (8) per sprint
Estimates tasks realistically with guidance from senior/lead engineers
Participates in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Writes clean, tested code and ensures PRs meet quality gates
Collaborates with QA and peers to close sprint work without carry-over
Raises blockers early and follows up on feedback
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
2 - 4 years of related experience
Knowledge of Java (Programming Language)
Knowledge of Go (Programming Language)
Experience with Application Development
Experience with Software Development
Knowledge of Programming Concepts
Knowledge of Software Design
Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Intermediate - Ability to work independently
Delivering clean, secure, and reliable code in GOLang and also Data handling in FHIR
Ensures code meets quality gates, coverage, and follows CI/CD best practices
Works closely with Senior and Lead Engineers to clarify requirements and design details
