Real Estate Office Manager

Confidential company is seeking a Real Estate Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of one or more office locations. The role involves managing budgets, maintaining office presentation, supervising staff, and fostering a positive workplace culture to support retention and productivity.

Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for each office, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with company goals
Maintain the overall presentation of offices
Oversee offices, maintenance requests, and office improvements/renovations
Provide monthly office reports of each office
Ensure that all offices have coverage at all times
Supervise administrative staff
Conduct performance reviews, approve timecards, and address staffing concerns promptly
Train new admins and provide ongoing coaching
Step in to fill administrative roles when staff are out on vacation, leave, or other absences
Meet with clients on their first day, providing orientation and resources to set them up for success
Serve as the primary contact for all tech-related agent questions, ensuring quick and effective solutions
Support client retention by fostering strong relationships and providing value-driven office initiatives
Bring in tools, resources, and strategies to help agents and offices grow
Handles all onboarding and offboarding tasks such as but not limited to, licensing, boards, mls, etc
Assist the Regional Sales Manager(s) with all client issues that arise in the designated regions
Plan and conduct office events, including training sessions, networking opportunities, and celebrations
Coordinate vendor lunches/trainings
Attend your local board’s awards events and annual board installations
Organize and lead trainings and roundtable discussions in offices

Required

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with vendors and colleagues
Organizational proficiency to maintain precise records and swiftly locate critical information
Effective time management skills for prioritizing and completing a diverse range of tasks daily
Patience and attentive listening skills to appropriately respond and engage positively with dissatisfied customers
Work well in a fast-paced environment
Have strong attention to detail and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficient with Adobe
Ability to learn new technology quickly
Must have at least 1 year of Real Estate Experience in some sort of capacity. (Agent, office staff, etc.)
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
