Responsibilities
Own the AP Lifecycle: Manage vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with precision
Act as the primary point of contact for vendor setup, W-9 collection, and inquiry resolution
Assist with account reconciliations and the month-end close process to ensure financial accuracy
Take the lead on our shared accounting inboxes, ensuring all internal and external requests are routed and resolved professionally
Maintain a high standard of digital filing and documentation to support seamless audits and compliance checks
Prepare ad-hoc reports and aging spreadsheets that help leadership make informed decisions
Assist on special projects as the Finance team scales and evolves
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
1–3 years in an accounting, AP, or administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs are a plus!)
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, Stampli, Bill.com, or similar tools
