Producing due‑diligence questionnaires and RFPs across a broad product lineup
Maintaining firm and strategy‑level marketing content and data
Partnering with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
Managing information in consultant and third‑party databases
Supporting relationship managers with data requests
Contributing to marketing and client service initiatives
Developing an in‑depth understanding of investment philosophy, processes, and strategies
Qualification
Required
3+ years of RFP experience within financial services
Strong writing, analytical, and editorial abilities
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with RFP content systems
Ability to navigate dense investment language and extract key insights
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Comfort working independently and collaboratively
High energy with a proactive, detail-driven approach
Degree: Required
Preferred
3+ years of RFP and investment-management experience
