Responsibilities
Learn how operations services and operations learning support and impact the Krispy Kreme brand
Contribute to real-world projects by working closely with the Global Center of Excellence team
Help drive simplification for end-user operators so they can deliver the best guest and operational experience
Support initiatives with global reach that impact the success and growth of Krispy Kreme operations worldwide
Work with U.S. operations content creation and delivery teams to ensure learning operations support operational excellence across all markets
Support key programs that drive operational efficiency and execution across retail, manufacturing, and commercial areas, including initiatives using LEAN methodology
Collaborate with other teams to identify the most efficient ways to complete tasks in the shop
Represent the voice of the Krispy Kremer and field operations in project work and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Recent or current undergrad/grad students who have or will graduate between May 2025 - May 2027
Holds a recent degree or pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Logistics, Engineering, or similar areas of study
Interest in Operations and Logistics
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
Has intellectual curiosity, is passionate about learning, and ready to take on new opportunities
Strong communication skills (written & oral) with attention to detail
Ability to engage and work with cross-functional partners across the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shift priorities, and work under tight timelines
Ability to efficiently work in an office environment
