Vice President of Sales
CyberForce Global is a high-growth, venture-backed cybersecurity startup seeking a VP of Sales to lead and scale its go-to-market strategy. The role involves building the U.S. sales organization, executing a sales strategy for a web and browser security platform, and personally leading significant enterprise opportunities.
Responsibilities
Define and execute a clear, ambitious U.S. sales strategy for a category-defining web and browser security platform
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales organisation, instilling a culture of excellence and accountability
Create and refine sales playbooks, pipeline strategy, forecasting discipline, and performance metrics
Personally lead and close mega-deals and 6–7 figure enterprise transactions
Establish strong executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and strategic ecosystem players
Collaborate closely with the executive team to align product, positioning, and GTM execution
Serve as a visible market leader and evangelist for the company’s security vision
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading sales in early-stage or high-growth cybersecurity startups
Demonstrated track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals, including 6–7 figure transactions
Experience scaling revenue with a clear agenda and repeatable GTM motion
Strong domain exposure to Web Security, Browser Security, SASE, and SSE
Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and executive-level selling
Exceptional leadership skills, with experience hiring, developing, and motivating senior sales talent
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch in a fast-moving startup environment
U.S.-based and able to operate remotely while owning a national sales remit
