Integrated Product Support (IPS) Manager
EOS Defense Systems USA, Inc. is seeking an Integrated Product Support Manager (IPS) to lead lifecycle product support strategies in alignment with the DoD's Integrated Product Support Elements. The role focuses on ensuring system readiness and maintainability through logistics analyses, maintenance planning, and training development for Army weapon systems.

Responsibilities
Develop maintenance concepts and reliability-centered maintenance analysis
Create predictive logistics plans and estimate Means Time to Repair (MTTR)
Perform Maintenance Task Analysis and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
Prepare Operations and Support Cost Analysis
Analyze diagnostics and testability
Develop and validate operating and maintenance instructions
Prepare training materials for operator and maintainer courses
Identify support items and field-replaceable spares
Perform Logistics Support Analysis
Prepare engineering data for provisioning
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering or related field. (or equivalent experience.)
3-5 years' experience in logistics planning
Familiarity with Army logistics standards, ILS processes and MIL-STD documentation
Strong understanding of ILS elements, provisioning and maintenance planning
Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance
Proficiency in logistics analysis tools and MS Office Suite
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
