Responsibilities

Support execution of systems and process activities aligned to the External Supply Technology roadmap
Manage master data collection workflows in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain)
Serve as a support point for system-related questions, triaging issues and coordinating resolution with internal partners
Document processes, procedures, and training materials to ensure consistent and compliant system usage
Track system enhancements, defect logs, and prioritized requests under manager direction
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and exception monitoring to improve process visibility and control
Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation across operational systems
Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles using Power BI, Excel, and related tools
Maintain data accuracy across QuickBase applications, reporting tools, and SharePoint repositories
Provide limited administrative and logistical support as needed, including meeting coordination

Required

Bachelor's degree, or high school/associate degree with equivalent practical experience
4–7 years of experience supporting business operations, systems, data, or analytics in a matrixed environment
Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), including master data concepts and data validation
Experience administering business tools and workflow platforms (QuickBase, Smartsheet, Tableau, or similar)
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to travel locally up to 5–10%

Preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., CAPM, Six Sigma, Google Data Analytics)
