Senior LevelThe Library of Congress is responsible for all accounting and reporting aspects through its Financial Systems Office. They are seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to coordinate the development and implementation of central financial systems and ensure compliance with financial standards.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the development and implementation of the central financial systems including budget execution, financial reports and interfaces with subsidiary and program systems
Administer the security access controls to the central financial system
Work with the Service Units to define accounting, transaction processing, reporting requirements for the central financial system
Maintain the central financial system and ensure compliance with the Library's financial systems standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in accounting and financial reporting
Knowledge of financial systems and internal controls
Ability to coordinate the development and implementation of financial systems
Experience with budget execution and financial reporting
Familiarity with security access controls in financial systems
Ability to define accounting and transaction processing requirements
