Responsibilities
Assist with legal programs and projects impacting day-to-day legal support and operations
Conduct research on artificial intelligence governance, helping to ensure that the organization's use of AI is compliant with current laws and regulations, and staying abreast of emerging legal trends in this dynamic area
Support the corporate securities team by conducting research on various legal issues
Support legal initiatives, promoting and protecting competitive advantages through corporate governance and integrity
Assist in knowledge management, service portfolio projects, and KPIs, as well as contributing to automation, data analytics, and AI functionalities within the legal department
Collaborate with various personnel across business functions globally, demonstrating superior communication and excellent organizational skills
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree or current enrollment in a law-related degree program
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency and creativity with AI applications and adoption of process improvements and efficiencies
The ability to work collaboratively with a variety of personnel across business functions globally
A practical, solution-oriented mindset, high-energy, agile-minded, strategic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, complex environment
Research skills
Educational focus on developing legal and business acumen and a deep understanding of legal processes within a large business organization
