Manage the full print approval process from CADs through bulk production
Coordinate print approvals with overseas mills and internal teams
Prepare and review print files for production, ensuring print readiness
Track approvals, revisions, and timelines accurately
Communicate customer feedback and translate it into clear mill instructions
Support sales and production teams throughout the development cycle
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of experience in textile print development and production
Experience working with fabric converters, textile mills, private label apparel companies, or fabric importers
Strong technical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for repeats and color indexing
Excellent color-matching skills and understanding of print execution on various fabric qualities
Ability to manage multiple approvals in a high-volume environment
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
