Responsibilities

Utilizes available system resources and analysis to support managements interest for increased product and service performance
Reviews and analyzes information, forecasts, schedules, systems, processes, procedures, and customer application flow
Studies overall effort regarding program status, escalation, and management of application process
Determines most useful business solutions for the company, our customers and recommends best course of action to support the program goals
Act as point of contact for the team
Performs duties concerned with the design and improvement of process for accessing energy efficiency solutions, and works closely with management, program leaders, vendors, energy efficiency engineers and contracted program administrators
Provides analysis of customer applications and manages the end-to-end process
Leads trouble shooting with system issues and application reviews
Supports team as subject matter expert with respect to program, process, and communications
Serves as liaison with building owners, architects, private contractors, and engineers to understand their energy conservation goals and gather the information to analyze energy saving options
Manages portfolio of projects at different stages of the application process, including resolution of customer or contractor issues
Troubleshoots, reports, and tracks system related issues and process challenges
Escalates to program team as appropriate
Will require excellent written and communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to work effectively across multiple jurisdictions

Required

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship
Must have ability to review and work with data and calculations for energy usage and savings
