Front Desk/Admin Assistant
Real Estate Office is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. The role involves providing administrative support, handling client interactions, and managing financial and administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to our title processing staff
Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle incoming/outgoing mail
Accurately input data into company systems
Assist in preparing title documents for recording and correspondence
Follow up on document requests with clients, agents, and lenders
Mail checks with corresponding invoices
Ship original lender documents via USPS
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Perform general clerical duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Some experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable handling financial data
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Team-oriented and dependable
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Preferred
Title/escrow experience
Familiarity with real estate transactions or terminology
Spanish-speaking
