Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to define and execute Epicore’s commercial revenue plans
Scale revenue into the tens of millions through a mix of direct sales, enterprise partnerships, and licensing
Establish and deepen relationships with Fortune 50–1000 enterprises and manage strategic international partnerships
Lead and integrate revenue-generating functions to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, customer success, product, manufacturing, and strategy
Drive adoption of hybrid SaaS-enabled, data-driven offerings and multi-channel go-to-market models
Own global revenue performance, including forecasting, annual operating plans, and multi-year growth projections
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across enterprise, government, and strategic partner channels
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales and partnership cycles, from initial engagement through contract execution and expansion
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing global sales organization
Collaborate closely with marketing to refine positioning, demand generation, and customer experience strategies
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform commercial strategy and product roadmap input
Identify and structure new partnership, licensing, and revenue opportunities aligned with Epicore’s platform vision
Partner with finance and product leadership on pricing, packaging, and business model optimization

Required

10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in enterprise-focused B2B SaaS, digital health, or platform technology companies
Demonstrated success scaling revenue in expansion-stage or growth-stage organizations
Proven ability to drive revenue through new product introductions, strategic partnerships, branding, and market expansion
Strong general management experience, including P&L ownership and operational decision-making
Data-driven mindset with experience using business metrics to guide strategy and execution
Exceptional ability to translate strategy into action across cross-functional teams
Inspirational, hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate effectively at both executive and execution levels
