Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews across teams, tools, and time zones, ensuring accuracy and meaningful communication
Provide a warm, timely, and informative candidate experience through email, updates, and stakeholder partnership
Manage shared inboxes, scheduling workflows, and interview logistics
Support background screening by reviewing documentation, resolving discrepancies, and partnering with internal teams and vendors
Monitor timelines, raise issues proactively, and maintain compliance and data accuracy
Identify process improvements and risk across scheduling, communication, documentation, and systems—and voice recommendations with confidence

Required

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport with candidates and internal partners
A self‑starter mindset—takes initiative, anticipates needs, and adapts quickly
Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage shifting priorities with accuracy
Comfortable speaking up, offering solutions, and driving improvements
Familiarity with ATS/scheduling tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office
