Product Sales Manager (North East Territory)
Satin Fine Foods Inc. is a leading manufacturer of icings and cake-decorating products. They are seeking a dynamic Product Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the North East region, focusing on building client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships within the North East territory
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and tracking leads and customer interactions
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including product demos, negotiations, and upselling to maximize revenue
Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their technical needs, and offering tailored solutions
Lead territory management efforts by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
Oversee account management activities ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships that benefit both parties
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management
Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team toward achieving sales goals
Expertise in business development, account management, and customer relationship building
Excellent negotiation skills paired with effective communication abilities for product demos and client presentations
Knowledge of marketing strategies that support direct sales efforts and lead generation initiatives
Analysis skills to evaluate market opportunities and adapt sales approaches accordingly
Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a customer-centric approach in retail or technical environments
Must be located within 60 miles from our facility located in Chester, NY
Approximately 25% of travel required (more at times if needed and may include travel outside of territory based on company needs including trade shows, etc.)
