Responsibilities
Provide project-level support for assigned workstreams across complex direct service programs
Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery
Develop and maintain project templates, tools, and tracking systems to monitor progress and key deliverables
Facilitate the collection of project metrics and manage the dissemination of project updates and status reports
Monitor project progress and deliverables; proactively identify and escalate risks and issues
Serve as a primary point of contact for Client Healthcare departments, City agencies, and external vendors
Assist in planning and conducting trainings, including development of training materials
Provide on-site support related to project implementation and oversight as required
Provide policy and operational guidance and assist in developing strategies to improve service delivery within assigned workstreams
Assist with invoice review and approval; provide recommendations related to budget planning
Manage CEO-led initiatives, coordinate cross-functional priorities, track action items, and ensure timely execution of strategic goals
Qualification
Required
3+ years of program and/or project management experience
Ability to work independently and reliably while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Demonstrated ability to lead change and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong experience managing multiple external contractors and vendors (preferred)
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences (administrative leaders, technical teams, front-line staff)
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, transparency, and accountability
Flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic work ethic
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across organizations and stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
NYC area residency preferred
