Responsibilities
Managing RMA (return authorization material) Request in a timely manner as RMA’s are usually only valid for 30-60 days and keeps the nonconforming inventory down to a manageable level
Coordinate the return of returning defective materials to suppliers
Coordinating Internal and external audits to ensure Federal Signal University Park location maintains is ISO 9001:2015 certification status
Manage and maintain internal employee training records
Manage and maintain document management system for our high-level procedures and work instructions
Run small weekly focus group meetings to ensure Customer Complaints are investigated, assigned, and closed
Generate or create certificates of conformance (COC)/Material Test Certificates when requested by Customer Support, Shipping or a Quality Inspector
Complete Supplier Questionnaires regarding the Quality Management System
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree or 5 years' experience in a Quality Support / Administrative support role
Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SmartSheet
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of or participation in ISO Process a plus
JDE Software knowledge a plus
