Responsibilities

Conduct regular in-person client visits to support existing accounts and assess workforce needs
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
Identify new staffing opportunities within existing accounts and support new client development
Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for open positions
Coordinate background checks, drug testing, onboarding, and compliance
Manage timekeeping, attendance, and issue resolution for assigned accounts
Maintain accurate activity and notes in Bullhorn (ATS)
Partner with internal teams to ensure high service levels

Required

Experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
Comfortable with client interaction, relationship building, and consultative conversations

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours as needed
