Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and inspire a high‑performing national account sales team
Own strategy, execution, and performance across assigned U.S. national accounts
Build and strengthen long‑term partnerships to drive loyalty and sustainable growth
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) discussions, defining shared priorities and long‑term targets
Design and execute data‑driven sales strategies to exceed revenue and profitability goals
Set, track, and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
Analyse competitive landscape, customer trends, and cost structures to inform pricing decisions
Lead retailer co‑op planning, investment decisioning, and post‑evaluation
Deliver accurate sales forecasts for existing assortments and new product launches
Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to guide commercial decisions
Analyse account performance using retailer systems and financial dashboards
Partner with Marketing on category strategy, product growth plans, and retail activations
Collaborate closely with Sales, eCommerce, Operations, Finance, and Product teams
Ensure national account strategies align with Stokke’s broader commercial objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience managing national retail accounts within premium or consumer brands
5+ years of proven people-leadership experience managing and developing sales teams
Demonstrated success delivering sales growth and executing strategic account plans
Strong understanding of retailer systems for sales tracking, forecasting, and performance management
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Commercially astute with the ability to translate strategy into execution
Highly organised and effective at managing multiple priorities
Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
Comfortable working remotely with strong self-management skills
Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally (15–25%)
