Responsibilities

Develop and articulate a compelling creative vision for the 2026 Upfront event that aligns with brand’s and strategic B2B goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the creative direction supports overall event objectives and messaging tailored for business audiences

Lead the ideation and development of innovative concepts that create memorable and engaging experiences for B2B attendees

Ensure all creative concepts are on-brand, forward-thinking, and resonate with business stakeholders

Work closely with marketing, communications, and executive teams to align creative strategies with business objectives

Present creative concepts and progress updates to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments

Required

Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in experiential marketing or event production, with a focus on B2B experiences

Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen eye for detail

Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the entertainment industry

Preferred

Experience with Upfronts or similar large-scale B2B events is a plus

Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus
