Responsibilities
Strong hands-on system architecture and system engineering experience in ADAS or Chassis domains, including requirements definition, system modeling (SysML / MATLAB / Simulink), interface management (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), and trade-off studies
Proven leadership in technical design, mentoring engineers, root-cause analysis, and driving architectural reviews, with deep exposure to ADAS functions (ACC, AEB, LKA, Parking Assist, sensors & fusion) or Chassis systems (ABS, ESC, traction, suspension, vehicle dynamics)
Solid validation & verification expertise across SIL, HIL, and vehicle-level testing, including test strategy, automation, defect tracking, and tools such as dSPACE, Vector, HIL systems, and scripting with Python/C/C++
Strong knowledge of automotive standards and processes including ISO 26262, ISO 21434, ASPICE, requirements tools (DOORS / Polarion), and effective collaboration with cross-functional and customer-facing teams
