Responsibilities
Support day‐to‐day operations of the PC Depot, including device imaging, configuration, deployment, and hardware refresh activities
Perform workstation installations, upgrades, and replacements for employees across the site
Provide hands‐on technical assistance in the Tech Lounge, including troubleshooting laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals
Assist users with software installations, account access issues, and basic application support
Maintain accurate records of deployed equipment, asset tags, and inventory levels
Ensure all work follows standards, security requirements, and deployment procedures
Coordinate with the onsite CE team and remote support teams to resolve escalated issues
Deliver a positive customer experience by providing timely, professional, and friendly support
Qualification
Required
Experience with Windows 10/11 imaging, device setup, and hardware diagnostics
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‐paced, walk‐up support environment
Comfortable lifting and moving computer equipment as needed
