Responsibilities
Reconcile licensee sales submissions with Brand Comply and resolve data discrepancies
Interpret licensing contracts and govern rights; verify contracts and add PPTC data to Brand Comply
Manage user access and onboard new licensing/licensee team members
Add and maintain contracts/rights (channels, products, territories) with accurate metadata
Excel-powered data management and reporting; create dashboards (Looker/Tableau-like) and monthly management reports
Host partner trainings; assist partners with upload issues and ensure smooth data submissions
Drive process improvements and ensure compliance; document processes for internal teams and partners
Qualification
Required
Bilingual Spanish/English (written and spoken)
PPTC data verification and rights management
Experience with data visualization, reporting, and onboarding/training
Understanding of licensing business models or licensing contract interpretation
Experience granting user access and managing entitlements
Advanced Excel skills (formatting, formulas, PivotTables); familiarity with Looker/Tableau or similar tools
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
1+ years in accounting, licensing operations, retail planning, finance, or related field
Preferred
Accounting, Financial Analysis, Retail Planning, Auditing or similar skills
Familiarity with licensing contracts across multiple product categories, territories, and channels
