Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
Generate pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and creative prospecting
Run discovery and product demos, clearly connecting product value to customer outcomes
Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals across $5k–$50k+ ACVs
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in a CRM
Partner with founders and cross-functional teammates to refine:
Messaging and positioning
Ideal customer profiles
Pricing and packaging
Share learnings from the field to help build a repeatable sales motion

Qualification

B2B SaaS experienceFull-cycle salesPipeline sourcingObjection handlingCuriousCoachable

Required

2–6+ years of experience as a BDR/AE or full-cycle AE in B2B SaaS
Proven ability to source your own pipeline and persist through rejection
Strong discovery and objection-handling skills
Curious, coachable, and motivated to improve your craft
Comfortable being hands-on in a fast-moving environment
Austin-based with ability for travel as needed
