Daily operational and database administration activities
Plan, design, implement, support for database structures
Conduct database performance monitoring and tuning
Develop and maintain database administration procedures and documentation
Perform SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL Code reviews
Assist with training/mentoring other technical staff This resource may also be required to perform other database or infrastructure activities as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience
Five (5) years combined experience in database administration for the following database platforms: PostgreSQL, Oracle, and SQL Server 2012 and above
Experience with GIS and spatial databases (specifically PostgreSQL and Oracle)
Experience with managing ArcGIS for Server, ArcGIS Enterprise, and cloud-hosted GIS services (e.g., ArcGIS Online, Azure GIS integrations)
Experience with Azure SQL
