National Sales Manager
Candylab is a design-led consumer goods company based in NYC that specializes in creating wooden toys. They are seeking a strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to optimize their wholesale presence, nurture existing accounts, and craft engaging marketing campaigns for design-conscious consumers.

Responsibilities
Wholesale Growth: Own and optimize our presence on Shopify, Faire and MarketTime to acquire new retailers and increase revenue flow
E-commerce Management: Manage the Shopify backend, ensuring the customer journey is seamless, the brand story is clear, and conversion rates are climbing
Customer Retention and Growth: Using our Faire and Shopify / Klavyio platforms, you will develop and execute CRM and email marketing strategies to keep our community engaged and our wholesale partners re-ordering.
Strategic Marketing: Align digital marketing efforts with sales goals to ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
Industry Expertise: Apply your previous experience in the toy or design industry to navigate seasonal cycles, trade shows, and gift market trends
Qualification
Required
Prior experience with the Shopify platform - a must
Organizational skills and ability to pursue and deliver end goal a must
Marketing and sales experience, at the very least a familiarity with the gift or toy industries is required
NYC area-based and US work clearance. This is an in-person position
Preferred
Proven experience in a similar sales/marketing role within the toy, or gift industry
Power-user level on Faire and Shopify
Excellent at nurturing long-term partnerships with retailers
Natural eye for aesthetics and understand how to market premium, design-focused products
