Lobby Liaison

Milford Management Corp. is seeking a Lobby Liaison for their Class A building at 22 Vanderbilt. The Lobby Liaison will be responsible for providing a luxury hospitality experience, managing guest check-ins, and ensuring smooth operations within the lobby area.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome all tenants and guests with a professional, anticipatory demeanor
Manage visitor check-in using building access systems; validate credentials with accuracy and discretion
Direct guests to elevators, event spaces, tenant suites, and building amenities
Coordinate closely with tenant contacts to ensure timely and smooth guest approvals
Maintain full awareness of building activity, events, and tenant needs to provide informed guidance
Follow established security protocols to ensure proper identification and entry authorization
Monitor lobby flow, ensuring the space remains orderly, and consistent with Class A standards
Partner with building security to address escalations or unusual activity
Serve as an ambassador for 22 Vanderbilt and provide a luxurious experience
Demonstrate polished communication, calm presence, and proactive problem solving
Assist tenants and guests with questions about building amenities, transportation, neighborhood offerings, and partner services
Manage package or visitor logistics in coordination with building operations and security teams
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the lobby and front desk areas
Handle phone calls, emails, and service requests promptly and professionally
Update shift logs, guest reports, and handovers to support team continuity
Participate in ongoing training to elevate service consistency and uphold building brand standards
Perform all duties as required for the role, including additional tasks as directed by management or a supervisor

Required

Experience in luxury hospitality, Class A office environments, high-end residential buildings, or concierge/front-desk roles

Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards

Preferred

Proficiency with visitor management software and general office systems preferred
