Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across golf operations, food & beverage, agronomy, sales, and merchandising
Develop and execute short- and long-term financial and operational plans
Partner with corporate revenue, marketing, and sales teams to drive growth and engagement
Recruit, develop, lead, and retain a high-quality management and service team
Monitor financial performance, forecasts, payroll, inventory, and expenses to meet targets
Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional member and guest service
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in golf, hospitality, or service-driven environments
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Results-oriented leader who builds strong teams and relationships
