The primary purpose of this role is to ensure adherence to Agile principles and facilitate Scrum ceremonies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and SAFe framework
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlogs
Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown charts, etc.)
Coordinate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other Scrum Masters in a SAFe environment
Ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines
Promote transparency and communication across teams and stakeholders
Mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe practices

Required

7+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFe Agile methodologies
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification required
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, Confluence
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
