Digital Marketing Specialist
PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst/Specialist to support an internal MarTech team for a global organization. This role focuses on the execution, optimization, and performance measurement of digital marketing initiatives, primarily in SEO, content marketing, and paid media.

Responsibilities
Execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives with a primary focus on SEO, content marketing, and paid media, supporting global and regional business priorities across multiple brands and markets
Own hands-on on-page and technical SEO execution and content optimization, including keyword research and mapping, metadata and internal linking optimization, content structure improvements, SEO briefs, post-publish optimization, and collaboration with technology teams on crawlability, performance, and indexation
Build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms, including audience strategy, budget pacing, bid optimization, creative testing, and performance analysis
Manage and maintain websites, landing pages, and campaign content within enterprise CMS platforms, ensuring SEO alignment, localization readiness, accessibility, compliance, and brand consistency
Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Power BI, translating business and marketing requirements into measurement plans, KPIs, tagging strategies, and performance benchmarks
Analyze channel and campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities; clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Partner with marketing managers, content teams, technology, and regional stakeholders to support campaign execution, audits (SEO, content, paid media), and continuous digital performance improvement
Operate effectively within a fast-paced, internal agency model, managing multiple concurrent requests while adhering to established MarTech governance, documentation, and operational standards
Stay current on SEO algorithms, paid media platforms, analytics capabilities, and digital marketing best practices; proactively recommend improvements to tools, processes, and execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on experience managing content in at least 2 of the following enterprise CMS platforms, such as AEM, Sitecore, WordPress, Umbraco, Kentico, Joomla, or comparable systems
5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in an enterprise organization or large digital marketing agency environment, with a focus on SEO, content marketing, and paid media
Proficiency with SEO and performance tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and/or Moz
Working knowledge of web technologies and site architecture, including HTML, CSS, and technical SEO fundamentals
Experience with analytics, tagging, and reporting platforms, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and familiarity with Power BI
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus
