Athletics Assistant- ATH PCard Compliance Asst
The University of South Florida Libraries is seeking an Athletics Assistant for a temporary OPS position to assist with programmatic transactions related to the University Procurement Card Program. The role involves providing administrative support to manage transaction backlogs and ensure compliance with university policies.

Responsibilities
Assisting with the review and processing of PCard transactions in the Archivum system
Verifying receipts and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with university policies
Identifying missing or incorrect information and coordinating follow-up as needed
Performing routine data entry and administrative support related to transaction reconciliation
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to established financial and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, or Equivalent
Demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office package
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer service
Preferred
Basic administrative or clerical experience
Familiarity with financial systems or PCard processing: Archivum, PeopleSoft FAST, Finance Mart, Microsoft Power BI
