This role focuses on developing a culture of continuous improvement and accountability by managing the survey process and ensuring data accuracy for business insights.

Responsibilities
Manages end-to-end survey process and ensures best practices are being followed
Partners with the business to drive participation
Review and present program status and analyses with business leaders prior to meetings with CEO and other key stakeholders
Ensures accuracy of data being presented to business leaders
Identify trends and/or areas of improvement and communicates the insights of these to the wider business
Responds quickly to ad-hoc requests while maintaining regular reporting deliverables
Qualification
Required

You actively collaborate and ask questions while thinking about the bigger picture
You proactively identify ways to make things better
You can lead through credibility and influence
2+ years working as a business or research analyst
Expert knowledge of Excel – Vlookup, graphs, pivot functions, etc
Good understanding of analytic reporting
Strong ability to prioritize projects and report deliverables
Manages own projects, determining appropriate approach, resources, and timeframes
Strong interpersonal skills – needs to be able to drive the business
