Responsibilities

Own pipeline generation and lead development at Finpilot
Design and execute multi-channel outbound strategies to reach key decision-makers at allocators, asset owners, and wealth managers
Identify, research, and engage investment, operations and technology leaders at target organizations including CIO, CTO and COO
Build creative approaches to connect with prospects through industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Collaborate on content strategy initiatives including LinkedIn presence, blog content, and newsletter development to build awareness and generate inbound interest
Help establish our outbound sales motion and contribute to shaping our go-to-market approach

Required

Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
Comfort engaging with senior decision-makers, dealing with rejection, and handling objections
The right attitude: positivity, team/mission-first mindset, eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity and a dynamic working environment
While financial services experience is strongly preferred, we're open to exceptional BDR candidates who demonstrate strong learning ability and genuine interest in the finance and investment world

Preferred

1-2 years experience cold outbound/sales experience
1-2 years experience in FinTech and/or institutional investment
