Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome every guest entering our showroom with a smile and offer assistance to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Answer & Direct Calls: Manage incoming calls and inquiries with efficiency, ensuring that customers receive prompt and accurate information
Clerical Support: Collaborate with the Office Manager and General Manager by handling various administrative duties as needed, helping keep our operations running smoothly
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional and courteous demeanor
Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
A team player who takes pride in contributing to a positive customer experience
