Responsibilities
3-5+ years of experience in digital project management, platform operations, or learning technology
Deep familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
Experience with migration projects is a strong plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Radar, Jira, Asana, Keynote) is essential
Ability to converse fluently with technical teams (IS&T, Engineers) and translate business needs into technical requirements
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
High attention to detail—the ability to spot pixel perfect designs or logic gaps in user flows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to clearly articulate status updates, risks, and blockers to stakeholders
Flexibility to deal with rapidly changing, time-constrained launch schedules and ambiguity
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a sincere willingness to learn and collaborate with team members at all levels
Qualification
