The SE will work with stakeholders to ensure accurate scope, cost, and schedule estimates while applying standard estimating practices and continuously improving processes.

Responsibilities

Develop all levels of project estimates (Preliminary, Rough Order of Magnitude, Budgetary, Definitive)
Collaborate with project teams, engineering, planning, and contractors for scope and estimate validation
Perform plant walkdowns, review design drawings, and estimate labor, materials, and services
Support long-range planning and annual project list development, monitoring costs and risks
Maintain estimating databases and historical records; provide reporting and analysis to management
Participate in meetings, including safety and refueling outage support

Required

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years industrial estimating experience or HS/GED with 12+ years experience (7+ in cost estimating)
Proficiency in project estimating for engineering, procurement, and construction projects
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint
