Responsibilities
Accesses and updates case records using case management systems (iCIS, Justware)
Answers inquiries and assists customers with requests for electronic or physical records
Sorts or classifies information according to established guidelines
Updates case files, court calendars, and case management systems using information received from courts and staff
Creates hard files, organizes materials, and affixes labels
Pulls, transports, and destroys case files as needed
Qualification
Required
Two years of general clerical/administrative experience
High school diploma or GED
Post-secondary education may substitute for the experience requirement up to one year of experience
Preferred
Experience working with court or legal records
Electronic records/case management systems experience is typically found in legal or medical environments
Legal, court, or justice system environment experience
