Inside Sales
MOHR Talent is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support business growth by engaging customers and generating leads. The role involves analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities, and recommending solutions based on customer needs while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound outreach, including cold calling
Analyze sales and customer data using internal systems (e.g., Tableau)
Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement
Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs
Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain positive relationships
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and marketing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, order entry)
Preferred
1–3 years of proven sales or customer service experience
Experience with CRM systems (Repsly or similar)
Bilingual (Russian/Turkish)
