Responsibilities
Planning, organizing, reviewing, and evaluating the overall development of the Secret Service's Anti-Harassment Program (AHP)
Developing guidance and instruction on the assessment of harassment allegations, investigative techniques, and the completion of investigative reports in AHP inquiries
Establishing and fostering continuing liaison with complainants, supervisors, and internal and external stakeholders to support the operations of anti-harassment programs and initiatives and serve as a primary point of contact for the Secret Service's AHP
Performing a full range of supervisory functions such as planning and directing the work to be accomplished based on priorities, specialized capabilities of the staff and consideration of the difficulties and requirements of various assignments. Interviewing candidates for position vacancies, recommending selection of employees, making decisions and recommendations concerning all personnel actions, preparing performance standards and evaluating employee's performance

Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for Selective Service
Obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Tier 5 clearance
Submit a credit check after a conditional offer of employment has been accepted
Submit to a drug test prior to your appointment and random drug testing while you occupy the position
Subject to a one-year probationary period for supervisors/managers
You qualify for the GS-14 level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level performing duties such as: assisting in the development and/or implementation of anti-harassment program policies, procedures, training materials and initiatives; conducting or supporting assessments of workplace harassment investigations; overseeing workplace harassment cases to ensure compliance with policies and federal regulatory reporting requirements; supporting supervisory functions such as assigning work, providing feedback, and/or mentoring lower-graded staff; participating in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to review anti-harassment program operations and/or recommend improvements
Time-in-Grade Requirements: Must meet 'time-in-grade' requirements (have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade of the grade for which you are applying)
