Responsibilities
Act as the Configuration SME for large Government healthcare implementations (Medicaid, Medicare, Med/Surgical)
Provide data analysis and troubleshooting expertise for configuration toolsets and automated processes
Prepare and validate data by identifying and removing duplicates, errors, and outliers
Develop and execute SQL queries to retrieve backend data supporting configuration needs
Serve as a Business Analyst , documenting requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
Execute testing for configuration enhancements to improve automation tools
Perform claims testing using Facets and data validation using Oracle SQL
Self-manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet established SLAs and KPIs for project delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong SQL and database experience
Hands-on experience with Facets
Solid understanding of healthcare claims and benefit configuration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with automated configuration tools
Preferred
5+ years of experience with the Facets platform
Experience in Medical Plan Benefit Configuration, Provider Network & Agreement Configuration
Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid programs
Advanced SQL and database expertise
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
