NEOGOV is seeking a State Division Administrator for the Information Processing Division within the Michigan Department of Treasury. Responsibilities

Directs the operations of the Call Center section and of the Field Services section
Develops and implements new approaches to departmental services
Plans, organizes, directs and controls division activities to ensure the uniformity, mission, and accuracy of collection programs
Directs, supervises and oversees performance of personnel, provides guidance and solves problems, both technical and administrative
Promotes and maintains an environment conducive to continuous improvement, high performance, communication and teamwork

Required

Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
Two years of experience as a professional manager or program/staff specialist, or equivalent experience
Work must be performed in the state of Michigan
If you currently reside outside of Michigan, you must relocate to Michigan to perform the duties of this position prior to being appointed to the position
