Standard laboratory organization of laboratory supplies and equipment
Assisting with basic molecular biology and biochemistry experiments
General laboratory skills
The genotyping of transgenic mice
Experience with polymerase chair reaction (PCR) and gel electrophoresis of PCR products
Experience in standard biochemical analyses including western blot analysis, isolation of RNA, DNA, quantitative real-time PCR
Manipulating raw data, preform statistical analyses on the data, and make figure quality images for manuscripts for research undertaken by our laboratory
Qualification
Required
Experience in general laboratory skills
Experience in the genotyping of transgenic mice
Experience with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and gel electrophoresis of PCR products
Experience in standard biochemical analyses including western blot analysis, isolation of RNA, DNA, quantitative real-time PCR
