Organize and prepare pleadings and discovery documents and support litigation by reviewing, finalizing, and compiling documents
Create trial and witness notebooks, identify, and organize exhibits, coordinate witness schedules, maintain trial calendars, set up trial spaces, and travel for trial as needed
Draft, proofread, and format routine correspondence and litigation documents and conforming to applicable rules of federal court, CA courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration forums
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate
2+ years of paralegal experience
Skilled in advanced usage of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of calendaring and court rules and procedures
Experience in court filing, including both State and Federal courts
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to organize and maintain document databases
Organize and prepare pleadings and discovery documents and support litigation by reviewing, finalizing, and compiling documents
