Territory Sales Manager
Mideast Equipment Supply & Auctions is rapidly expanding and building on more than two decades of strong regional partnerships. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cultivate client relationships and execute sales strategies within assigned geographic areas.

Responsibilities
Present and promote our auction solutions to equipment owners and businesses
Guide clients through the process of turning surplus equipment into revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, dealers, and industry partners
Monitor market activity and competitors to help shape local marketing efforts
Participate in attracting and onboarding additional sales team members
Consistently meet or exceed territory sales targets
Maintain regular communication with accounts through in-person visits, phone calls, and email
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license; this is a travel-heavy role
2–5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales or rental
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales territory
Strong record of networking and closing sales, ideally within the region
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications
Competitive mindset and results-driven attitude
Preferred
Spanish language skills are a plus
